Description
Veterinary Technology Diploma (Level 3) International Course is the final course for Veterinary Nurses.
This course is for those who wish to work in a managerial capacity in a Veterinary Clinic or other veterinary setting. The Projects allow for the student to specialise in particular areas or particular types of clinics – for instance: Medical, Surgical, Equine etc.
You can have advanced standing for enrolment in this Qualification if you have completed the Certificate in Veterinary Reception or the Advanced Certificate in Veterinary Office Management.
Before undertaking this Veterinary Nurse Diploma (Level 3) International Course you need to have completed these courses:
VetSkills™ Veterinary Reception Certificate (Level 1) International Course
and:
VetSkills™ Veterinary Nursing Advanced Certificate (Level 2) International Course
What’s in this Course:
This Course is made up of 9 Units.
Each Unit includes a Theory and Practical Workbook that you complete and return to the Academy for Assessment.
- The Theory part of the Unit is made up of a mixture of questions, exercises, assignments and/or reports.
- The Practical part is made up of specially chosen skills – activities, worksheets, and/or projects – some have videos illustrating important aspects (Skills).
- The Practical Assessment involves the student practising the skill with an animal care professional such as a Veterinary Surgeon or Kennel Manager in their location. Then Videoing the student undertaking the skills.
- The only prerequisites are a computer (and internet connection), mobile phone or video camera, a professional to do the practical skills with, this book and, of course, enrolling in the course online.
- This course is available worldwide – in fact Globally!
- All Responses must be in English.
- On successful Completion of the course you get a certificate – Certificate Qualification (Certificate, Advanced Certificate or Diploma as appropriate) – that you can print off, suitable for framing.
